Luscious central valley Blenheim apricots, tree ripened to perfection then carefully turned into traditional apricot jam...but with a twist!  Little flecks of New Mexico red chilies are added to create a wonderful bit of heat at the finish.  This one is as great on ice cream as it is used as a glaze for pork.

Ingredients:  Apricots, sugar, New Mexico red chilies, lemon juice
